Just a word or two about my background.... 
I have a B.A. from Vassar College, a master's degree in public administration from New York University, and over ten years of experience teaching at Piscataway High School.  Additionally, I have 20 years of corporate  Human Resources experience, where I was responsible for the workforce diversity functions, including equal opportunity and affirmative action training and compliance.

Blackfeet Nation

Entrance to the Blackfeet Nation in Browning, Montana, where I volunteered last summer.

Classroom Announcements & Special Projects:
English 1 RP
We will begin reading Romeo and Juliet in October.
Reading LS
PHS will continue to use the Seeing Stars and Visualizing & Verbalizing reading programs.  Both programs are individualized and structured around each student's abilities and needs.

Major assignments and projects will be posted on the class calendar. However, students will bring home smaller assignments in their homework folders.
Students should bring pencils, erasers, homework folders, and their planners to class every day.
