Welcome to English class. I am glad you are here.
We will be reading poems, short stories, nonfiction,
and fiction throughout the year. We will be able
to study many themes through different works of literature.

For class each day you will need these tools:  
  • A three-ring binder
  • A pencil and pen

All assignments may be subject to change, based on student or teacher need and schedules.  
 
English Class will be evaluated in the following manner:

1.  Tests                                20%
2.  Projects                           25%
2.  Writing Assignments       30%
3.  Quizzes                           15%
4.  Homework/Classwork     10%
                    
Homework will not be accepted late.
Essays and Projects will be accepted 1 day after the due date with a 20% penalty.
