Dozens of girls from Piscataway High School got the opportunity on March 21 to attend a Women’s Future Leadership Academy at the Rutgers Business School! The engaging session began with featured speakers, which was followed by interactive small-group mentoring led by volunteers encouraging 75 of our students to learn, get involved, and network. The event was part of a series designed to give the next generation of female leaders the confidence and skills to dream big. Thanks to Dr. C. Alex Gray, district director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Student Engagement, for arranging the visit, along with PHS Science Chair Jessica Pritchard and Practical Arts Department Chair Robyn Kay, who chaperoned the trip.
