Congratulations to Piscataway High School junior Sophia Lojko, center, for winning 2nd place at the Congressional Art Awards organized by the office of Rep. Frank Pallone!

Senior Elizabeth Poole and junior Asiyah Sharif were both awarded Honorable Mentions at the awards ceremony on Saturday, May 16. The students received awards from Congressman Pallone, had their artwork on display, and Sophia spoke about her piece and the process of creating it.

Thanks to PHS art teacher Dorothy Amme for providing this opportunity for our students to receive such a huge honor and have their art recognized across the state.
